Jennifer Hill is a Consultant with Elsevier Research Intelligence, where she is responsible for ensuring value and use of solutions / products through customer training; and for increasing user engagement by providing reliable data and information to help improve an institution’s and individual’s ability to establish, execute and evaluate research strategy and performance. Jennifer is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, where she received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

Jennifer previously worked as a Consultant for HandyLab, Inc., where she assisted with the merger and acquisition process of HandyLab by Becton, Dickenson & Co. Following this position, Jennifer moved to the University of Michigan Medical School Office of Research ending as a Project Manager. Jennifer worked closely with the Biomedical Research Core Facilities (BRCF) where her contributions included authoring part of the BRCF Business Review, drafting an RFP for a core billing and management system and coordinating the vendor selection process. In addition, Jennifer served as the primary point of contact for both the publication and expertise application Michigan Experts, and the internal funding application tool Competition Space. Both projects were utilized University wide and Jennifer was responsible for implementation, all communication with vendor contacts, management of issues, marketing the tools at sponsored events, and ensuring compliance with University policies.
